1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on r222 (accessible at r222.live), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and r222. They apply to all products on the platform, including casino games, fishing games, slots, crash games and lottery titles. Any service-specific rules are additional to these terms, not a replacement for them.

2. Who Can Use r222

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on r222. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. r222 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts until age verification is complete.

Accounts are permitted for personal use only. You may not open an account on behalf of another person. If r222 discovers that a player is under 18, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be voided. When you register, you must provide accurate and current information — name, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

Your login credentials

KYC verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, r222 requires identity verification. Accepted documents are listed below. Verification is usually completed within 12 hours of submission.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳600. The maximum you may withdraw in a single day is ৳90,000 (Bronze tier). Higher tiers have increased daily limits — see the VIP & Bonus page for details. Withdrawals are processed within approximately 21 minutes once approved.

First-time withdrawals

Your first withdrawal may take up to 6 hours while KYC checks are completed. Subsequent withdrawals are faster once your account is verified. Withdrawals are sent only to the payment account you have registered on your r222 profile.

r222 may hold a withdrawal for additional review if unusual account activity is detected. You will be notified by Live Chat or email if this occurs.

6. Bonus Rules & Wagering

All bonuses offered by r222 are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 9× the bonus amount. Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of being credited, or they expire automatically.

Welcome bonus

The first deposit bonus applies to your first qualifying deposit only. The minimum deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The bonus is credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash. It becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

Reload & cashback bonuses

A 13% reload bonus is available on selected subsequent deposits. Daily cashback of 0.9% is credited automatically for eligible players. Cashback is calculated on net losses only and does not carry a wagering requirement for Bronze-tier players unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Referral bonus

When a friend you referred to r222 makes their first qualifying deposit, you receive ৳275 as a referral reward. The referred friend must register using your unique referral link and meet the minimum deposit threshold.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on r222 are provided by licensed third-party providers including JILI, Sexy Gaming, Spribe, Playtech, Red Tiger and Pragmatic Play. Each game has its own rules and RTP displayed in the game lobby. By playing, you accept the rules of that specific game as set by the provider.

Bets placed during a technical malfunction are void. If a game round is interrupted before completion due to a connection failure, r222 will resolve the round using server-side records. The outcome of any resolved round is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on r222. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using bots, automated software or scripts to place bets
• Opening more than one account per person or household
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain (must be reported to support immediately)
• Making deposits with payment accounts that do not belong to you
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Any form of money laundering or use of r222 for illegal transactions
